Bella Melendez

As many of you already know, Leonel Melendez was one of the shooting victims at Pulse Nightclub in Orlando, whom currently is in critical condition and both his short /long term prognosis is unknown at this time.

Although Leonel and I are separated, we have a beautiful, thriving and happy six year old daughter.  He has been an amazing father whom always has been present and provided for his daughter on a monthly basis. This fundraiser has been created to support our daughter Bella and aid in filling the immediate gap that is now left empty due to her father's unknown prognosis. Since this is the beginning of a very difficult road for Bella and I, it will be difficult to make ends meet. Just on Saturday morning, Leonel and I were co-parenting Bella and today as I write this, I am realizing how our situation has changed overnight.

While we are all mourning and filled with pain, anger and sadness; time, expenses and financial responsibility keeps going and growing, especially with a young child. The emotional and financial road ahead for Bella and I is why I have created this account.
