Help support the Hernandez Family
On May 15,2021 my husband Adrian Hernandez went into cardiac arrest. I found Adrian unresponsive with no heart beat nor pulse. I called 911 for help! I started compressions and could not get him to breathe. Paramedics finally arrived and worked on him for 30 minutes able to get a slight pulse and was transferred to Methodist Willowbrook Hospital. Test show he had 3 blocked arteries and suffered severe brain damage. The Cardiologist was able to repair heart damage with stints to unblock arteries. Neurologist assessment and scans show Adrian will be highly disabled if he was to come out of comatose. I don't believe this!! I BELEIVE for healing, restoration and he will come home as close to normal as possible. God has the last say!!
We are needing to transfer Adrian to a facility to help him start the process of recovering. I feel this will be in his best interest instead of a long term acute center. This transfer will be done in the next few days. Praying the process will go smoothly and he is accepted. During this time I had to stop working to be by Adrian side. I'm the sole provider of the family at this time. I was able to get some time off, but unfortunaly without pay. Of course, just like everyone else I have bills coming in, treatment to pay for and uncertain of what the future holds. I have no income coming in at this time. To be honest I have no idea what lies ahead financially. We have a long journey ahead of us and need all the help we can get. I never thought I would have to create a go fund me for my own family. This is very hard for me to do. I'm putting my pride aside and asking for help! I appreciate donations big and small anything will help at this time. Everyone knew Adrian was a die hard Cowboys fan. He loved his boys good or bad. I ask to please share this to other cowboy groups or just share for contined prayers and support. I will keep everyone updated on how our journey is coming along.
