Help Patrick (from Kroger) with Medical Bills

Hi everyone! If any of you have ever shopped at the Kroger at the corner of 141 and McGinnis you’ve probably noticed Patrick chatting with and smiling at all the customers. I’m one of those customers. Patrick is one of those very rare people who just lights up the whole area. He wants to know you, he wants to help you and he wants to make your day better. He is the reason many customers choose to shop specifically at that Kroger. He is a special kind of person in what can be an unkind world.
Why do the hard things have to happen to good people? Patrick has been diagnosed with MS. He has experienced pain and numbness to where he can barely move his fingers or feel his body from the chest down. He has felt extreme fatigue. Fortunately, Patrick has started treatment but this is a lifelong disease with no cure and a lot of medical co-pays and expenses not covered by insurance. Patrick is also trying to pay for 2 kids in college. It’s a lot on a Kroger salary.
So I’m asking if you can find it in your heart to help Patrick; no matter how much you can give, small or big. Also, let’s make it fun...post a picture of you at the grocery with your favorite food or item in honor of helping Patrick. Be creative! Maybe it’s a banana as your nose or lysol wipes because you were finally able to find them. Let’s support Patrick and bring some much needed smiles into our lives at this time.
