Summer Intensive

Hello my name is Gracelyn Walker! The sweet girls I teach at my local studio, Sulphur Springs Centre for Dance, know me as Miss. Gracie, (or the girl with the beautiful turns!)

 

My biggest passion in life is dance because it allows me to express a diverse amount of stories without words while improving my artist ability. The beginning of my dance education started at age two and I am currently 17. During these wonderful 16 years of my life I trained in ballet, jazz, tap, acrobatics, contemporary, and even pointe. I plan on furthering my education through a performing arts career. The next step in my timeline is to broaden my horizons and connections with choreographers and other talented artists. This specific summer intensive in Boston, MA is vital to my dream. I have already been noticed by this company earlier this year when I auditioned along with students from all across the nation. Out of all the dancers who auditioned, I made it into the top 100. The company providing this very selective intensive is highly reputable in the dance community.
