My name is Alexandra Hansen, and I am honored to announce that I have been selected to be a contestant in the MISS USA state pageant in October.
This pageant has been designed to be a stepping stone for enhancing life skills for both career and personal achievements. Through this journey, I am hoping to make new friends in the community, while sharpening my interview techniques and boosting my self confidence. As a contestant, I will also have the opportunity to win college scholarships.
Because I am a full time college student at the University of Colorado Boulder, I am asking for your support to help cover the costs associated with this program including registration fees and wardrobe. Sponsors will be acknowledged on the state program book and website under my name. Business sponsorships can be tax deductible as an advertising expense.
I have set a fundraising goal of $3,500 to help support the costs of participating in this once in a lifetime opportunity. Thank you in advance for your consideration and support in making my dream come true!
