Lost Everything in a Flood

I hate being in this position as I am not a person that asks for help, but I’m currently at breaking point. This morning 2/16/21 I was awoken to Water dripping on my face as I slept. No more than a minute later my apartment started to flood uncontrollably, I pretty much lost everything and I’m in a position where I can’t continue to afford basic necessities while paying for accommodations as my apartment complex Hasn’t given me many options. Creating a space  to feel safe in as a black trans woman has been extremely difficult, I had finally felt I had achieved that and then this happens. I will be using the funds to relocate, Food, and providing for myself while I couch surf. My apartment isn’t providing any accommodations and said it will be month before get a reference number to file for myself since multiple unit were affect. I understand that we’re in a hard time anything helps, thank you.
