Anna Trent Remembrance

It is with a heavy heart to announce the Village of Downers Grove lost a 4 year old treasure, Anna Faye Trent, who passed too soon on Sunday, June 19, 2016.
We’re lucky to live in such a wonderful village that supports each other. The Downers Grove Community is coming together to support the family in their time of loss and there's three ways to support them if you choose to:
1) Place Anna’s favorite color green ribbon around your parkway trees in memory of Anna Faye Trent.
2) The Rotary Club of Downers Grove has generously offered to collect donations in an effort to raise money to place a bench in Anna's favorite park in her memory. Collection jars will be placed at a few locations at the Rotary GroveFest Thursday through Sunday this week.
3) If you aren't able to make it to the GroveFest, and you’d like to make a donation, you can do so through the following link: https://www.gofundme.com/2a9fqmf9. After the funds needed have been raised for the memorial bench the excess monies will be used to assist the Trent family.
