Help Samuel be a perm resident Part 2!

Hey Everyone! We're in the home stretch of completing Samuel's permanent US residency application! Unfortunately the last bit of stuff that needs to be processed is not cheap and the faster we can get the funds together the faster hid application will go. Any help would be appreciated!
