A Tri for Dad

As most of you know, my Dad was diagnosed with Parkinson’s about 10 years ago. What most don’t see is how hard he fights ... for his wife, his kids and most importantly his grandkids.  To honor the courage my Dad lives with on a daily basis and raise some awareness for the 100,000 Canadians living with PD, my brother in-law Tyler and I are participating in a Ironman 70.3 on July 10th. 

Awareness is our goal, but if you'd like to toss a couple bucks towards supporting research, it would be appreciated.
