Help Narineh’s family with the funeral costs

After days of search by various search and rescue teams, and in difficult conditions, Narineh was found on Saturday, March 13th, near the Mount Waterman Trail.  We are all shocked and devastated with the news of Narineh’s passing.  She was a wonderful daughter, sister, and friend, who loved her family, life, and nature. 

This GoFundMe fund is setup to help Narineh’s family cope with the cost of the funeral service during these difficult times. Please help the family give her the memorial she deserves, honoring her memory, and saying the last goodbyes.

The family would like to thank various search and rescue teams, including Glendale Police Department and all the volunteers, for their support. We also thank our family and friends, as well as the community, for all the support we recieved and continue to recieve in these difficult days.

For some clarifications, I would like to mention my relationship with the deceased family. Narineh’s sister (Nazeh Avakian) is my wife and I am managing this fundraiser on behalf of Avakian family to lessen the burden from their shoulders. Once we reach the goal, the donations will be used to cover the funeral costs and they will be delivered directly to Narineh’s parents.
