Malaina Hansen Medical Support

My niece Malaina was first diagnosed with cancer when she was 7 years old. She fought the cancer, endured chemotherapy, radiation and a bone marrow transplant that saved her life. She is now 23 and cancer free. There have been complications from the treatments over the years. She went into the hospital 3 weeks ago to have esophageal reconstruction surgery. She survived the surgery and was admitted to the ICU in Butterworth. Since then she has had 2 additional emergency surgeries to repair the incisions and remove infected tissue. These three surgeries have left her on a ventilator and again fighting for her life. She has been transfered to U of M hospital where the doctors are very hopeful they can repair another tear in her esophagus. She is schedule for another surgery on Tuesday 9/13/16. With Malaina being in Ann Arbor her family has had to endure additional costs that are not covered by insurance. I am asking for help in covering the costs of hotel, food and gas for her parents and siblings. My sister in law, Beth, has not left her side in 3 weeks which means no paycheck. Please consider helping them financially, every little bit helps. Please keep the prayers coming. The power of our God is awesome and I beleive he will heal this sweet child again.
