Help Reunite a Loving Couple in Japan

I am a retired weed smuggler, convicted felon (2700 lbs!) and retired social worker. I am living in poverty, I struggle with PTSD, and my wife has to live in Japan to take care of her mother.

I will be turning 70 in July. It is my deep desire to surprise my wife and fly to Japan to see her for 2 weeks for my birthday. We've been apart for months. I miss her so much!
