My beautiful sister Mary who passed away on Tuesday 13th September 2016 at the age 49.
Mary fought and beat cancer at the age of 19, she was sadly diagnosed with cancer for a 2nd time on Saturday 27th August 2016 and sadly passed away on Tuesday 13th September. Mary and her family were unaware that her cancer had returned, Mary had made several trips to her GP over a period of 18 months. Mary's cancer was not detected until it was too late for her to be treated. Mary fought her battle with cancer for a long time. Mary was diagnosed with lung cancer on the day she died, this cancer had spread to her liver, kidneys, ovaries , hip, stomach and bone. We will never know how she battled on so bravely with this all going on inside of her body.
Mary was an amazing kind caring person she tried to fix everybody that was broken. Her family meant the world to her, she was like a mother to all of her siblings four brothers and two sisters. Mary was the oldest of them all and she kept them all safe and took care of them when they needed shelter or a warm place to stay.
Mary was the mother of two boys ( Ashley 22) and Luke (29) luke is expecting his first child a little girl in January. Mary has been robbed of meeting her first grandchild, who she would of showered with love and spoilt rotten.
Mary was looking forward to celebrating her 50th birthday with her family and friends in December. As well as her, overdue holiday to Majorca with her recently new partner Kev Ivers, Mary found happiness with Kev who made the last few months of her life very happy.
As Mary's death was so untimely we are all coming to terms with her loss and we would really appreciate if her friends and family would kindly donate however small, to give our Mary a sending off she deserves. I would just like to say, thank you all in advance Mary sister Annmarie X
