Morgan/Bryant Wicker Memorial Fund

On behalf of the Taylorsville Community, we would like to ask everyone to step up and show their love and support for Morgan and Bryant Wicker during this very difficult time.

These 2 amazing young adults are hurting like no child should have to, they lost their father (Kelly Wicker) this morning very unexpectedly.  As some of you know they also lost their mom (Cilicia Wicker) 7 years ago to a short battle with cancer.  These kids are exceptional young people and their mom  would have been SO proud of them.  They have maintained good grades and are active in our community and we are all better people for knowing Morgan and "Wick"!  This family means so much to so many people and have touched lives in countless ways. 

As a parent, my heart not only breaks for the love they have lost but we want to make sure that they continue down the path that Kelly and Cilicia  paved for them. Morgan is currently enrolled in college and Bryant will be starting in the fall.  It is our hope that we raise enough money for both of them to continue their journey through life and go to college while having enough money for living expenses also.  There is no amount of money that can take away the hurt of losing both your parents, but as a community we can help ease the financial burden so that they will be taken care of and continue their education.  

No donation is too small, every literature tle bit helps!!  If we rally together and share with everyone we know on social media we will be able to give back to a family who has already gave our community so much.  There is also an account set up for them at People's Bank (Hiddenite, NC) if you prefer to donate in person.
