Emelio Osorio Memorial Fund

Emelio Osorio is a JSS that has worked for CertaPro of Athens, Georgia on and off for the last eight years. He brought his brothers into the paint business and trained them to be excellent painters. Over the years, he has worked hard to manage the paint business and also find the time to spend time with his family.

Last month, he started feeling poorly. The doctors told him he was under a lot of stress due to the fact his wife had just gone through a long and difficult pregnancy. On the evening of August 12, he started experiencing an intense headache. His family rushed him to the Athens Regional Medical Center.   

Emelio was diagnosed with a leaking vessel in his brain and rushed him to Emory Hospital in Atlanta. He was put on life support. His family kept vigil by his side 24 hours a day, at the hospital. The doctors gave him little hope of recovery.

Saturday evening, August 20, Emelio passed away.   I ask that you put his family in your prayers. They will need support during these trying times. Emelio was married to Lourdes. They have three beautiful children, Kevin (9), Kimberly (2), and Alan (2 months.) We have set up a gofundme account to try and help with some of the medical and funeral costs. I ask anyone who is able to, to please contribute a little for Emelio and his family.
