Building a Future: FSI H4H Build
Donation protected
We are The Franklin School of Innovation, a public charter school in Asheville North Carolina. This year our school partnered with Asheville Habitat for Humanity and three other area schools to raise the money for a student built house. The home is being built in the historic Shiloh community. Over the past twenty years Habitat has built over 40 single family homes in the community and completed many home repairs for low income residents. The money raised by all four schools will be used to build a new home for a family in need in the Shiloh area. Our goal is to raise $13,000. This is the first time our school has been involved in a project like this, we are the first public school to participate in the student build, and we are so excited to be a part of this experience and give back to our community! Thank you in advance for any help you are able to provide!
