Car crash Surgery for uterus help

my name is kacey, I’m going through a series of unfortunate events this year. I was injured on the job and had to take time off of work to take physical therapy. during that time, Someone crashed into my car leaving me in worse conditions financially and physically, with gashes on my chest and an intense feeling of helplessness.
