Total Joint Replacement Surgery

I'm seeking help, to enable my youngest brother (just turned 50!) to have knee replacement surgery. He works in the field every day doing landscaping and carpentry and has had a knee problem most of his adult life stemming from a childhood bicycling injury. Insurance isn't an option, because let's face it, it's difficult just making ends meet without an impossible hospital bill. If I had the extra cash I would do it myself but I don't and so I'm reaching out. If you have it in your heart and the extra means to lend a helping hand, please consider giving any amount.
