Dr Laura Prager, a well known and loved nursing professor at LIU Post, needs our thoughts and prayers.
26 years ago she beat Breast Cancer. A few months ago, her daughter was unfortunately diagnosed with Breast Cancer. On top of being a warrior while supporting her daughter and family, she suffered from a stroke on April 10th, resulting in visual and physical deficits. The stroke was a result of a devastating diagnosis which then followed, stage 3/4 Ovarian Cancer.
Please considering donating to our beloved professor who is also a wonder wife and mother to help cover medical expenses. We can’t wait to have her back and healthy, her students miss her like no other. We are in this fight together!
