Prayers for Rylie
Donation protected
On Tuesday January 5th the Whitten families life was turned upside down. Their daughter Rylie was sick with what they all thought was the flu. When it was too much to handle she was brought up to Greenville hospital. Greenville quickly ran tests and flew her to Devos Children's hospital. Rylie was in very critical condition. They diagnosed her with Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS) and are working hard to give her the best care and treatment possible. They are working with highly skilled doctors and nurses who are doing everything they can to bring her back to health. They have stated this is the worst case of TSS they have ever had. Rylie remains on life support and kidney dialysis at Devos. The battle is going to be a long and tough one, but with the support of God, family and friends we know Riley will fight this. Rylie's family has been by her side since the moment she was admitted. They are relying heavily on their spiritual faith and appreciate all of the prayers coming in. There is truly a great amount of support from each and every one of you.
We all know how financially challenging a long hospital stay and recovery can be. There are several ways we can support the Whitten family and this is just one of them. I am Rylie's cousin and set up this campaign because I wanted to help Rylie's parents during this difficult time. The family thanks each and every one of you for your love, support, and faith. They ask that you continue to pray for Rylie and her recovery.
