Help KD get back on their feet

My name is KD, or Katherine Devin Ellis Terhune Lipshy Casal, if you want to be formal,   I am a 26 year old transgender woman trying to get back on my feet.
The last couple of years I have struggled with gender identity,  anxiety, depression, and an insufficiently diagnosed learning disability.
These mental health difficulties have seriously affected my ability to work full time, and support myself.  

I've worked hard to get back on my feet emotionally and mentally and am at a point in my life where I feel able to move forward in my career and gender transition.
My mental health has improved and I am able to work and support myself going forward.

Unfortunately,  I have fallen significanly behind in rent.  I owe my roomate $2,400 and we are in danger of being evicted.  We both can pay rent going forward, but are unable to pay the back rent.

I am asking for help to pay back what I owe in rent and avoid evicition, thus allowing me to stay focused on the present and the future and move forward in my transition and life.

Pubically discussing these extremely personal issues is difficult for me, nor do I  feel good about asking for help. However, I've come to the point where I'm not sure what other options are available to me.

If you are able, and willing to offer assistance, I would be incredibly grateful, and can be counted on to "pay it forward" when I'm able to.
