We regretfully announce that Michelle Pierson, a beloved daughter, sister and friend has passed on July 3rd in her home of Kaui, Hawaii due to a tragic kayaking accident on the Na Pali coast. She was 34 Years young and living a life many could only dream of and then some. She loved mornings started with a phone call to a brother, Sister, or her mom back home in Pennsylvania, then a stop at Starbucks and May be even a morning hike up a moutain, yoga on the beach, or a swim in the ocean. She loved the outdoors and pushing herself to the limit. She was a terrific life coach and light worker who had such a gift to show people their true talent and purpose in life and how to create a career surrounded by doing what they loved, as she made her life into her dream lifestyle. She touched and impacted so many lives in her line of work that She was so incredibly passionate about. She would always say how happy she was and that she was never ever leaving Kaui. This was her home now. She was complete there and grew and blossomed so much during her time on the island. She also met so many friends living in Philadelphia for 11 Years before her journey to kaui doing everything from teaching raw food classes in South Philly, club promoting, babysitting, bar tending and even dog walking/pet sitting . There was nothing she couldn't do as she was good at everything she put her mind to. There was no one she met that didn't instantly become her friend or feel inspired by her. She had such a light about her that you couldn't deny. So filled with joy and much life, laughter, happiness and love. She was a force to be reckoned with - just so unstoppable. She did what ever it took to reach her dreams and she conquered everything in her path and then some. She lived such a life in her 34 Years that many people who live to be 90 hadn't even come close to experiencing. This loss had devastated our family, but we are trying our best to give Michelle the best memorial services and celebration of life possible. She deserves a ceremony as beautiful as she is. I, carey, her little sister am also trying my absolute best to get to Kaui to handle some business for Michelle and be able to experience the incredible island that my sister fell in love with. She wanted my mother and I to come out to Hawaii so bad, and we wanted to come as well, but my mom had been too sick and the resources needed were never available unfortunately to make that trip. Please whatever you can do to help us celebrate the life of such an amazing person and give her the best memorial we possibly can. It would be so deeply appreciated and we are so thankful for everyone reaching out to help us make this possible for Michelle and for me to handle and resolve my sister's final responsibilities and possibly be able to celebrate her life on the island her heart belongs - As well as back home with her family and friends here. As my sister would say, much love and light, Aloha - peace out and I love you xoxox
