My name is Liam Cueva a student here at ASU originally from Tucson,AZ the same city Julian is from. I am a close friend of Julian and his family and became his “little brother” throughout the years.
Monday morning around 1 a.m on May 10 (Latin Mothers Day) he passed away in his sleep in Tempe, AZ.
Julian Barcelo was a big brother to everyone. A kind hearted soul and a person with huge ambitions. He was an athlete and a go getter only starting his life and doing things he never thought he could do. This is very devastating for his family and friends and people that knew him.
I will be working directly with Lupita Valencia (his mother, who has been set up as the beneficiary) and his family to provide them with the donations made and making sure it goes towards any memorial, and funeral expenses. These donations will mostly go to help pay for the burial of Julian.
Any thing and everything will be greatly appreciated.
