Prayers & support for baby Elijah

This is our sister Brianna and her husband Willy. They have been together since they were 15 years old.  Just a couple of months back they found out they were having a boy.  Two weeks ago Brianna had baby Elijah two months early. He was born at 28 weeks and weighed 2lbs 8 oz. The first few days were so touch and go and each day we were praying Elijah would make it to the next. It has been especially hard because we found out baby Elijah will need multiple surgeries. His esophagus has not fully formed and worse yet he has a Congenital Heart Defect which will require him to have heart surgery at two months and then again at 2-3 years old.
It has been absolutely inspiring to watch this young couple wake up early every morning to sing, read to and love on their sweet baby boy until late in the evening. Despite all the stress and struggle this young family has endured, they are staying so strong for Eli and it's truly inspiring to witness. This family is currently having to live 3 hours away from home to be in the best children's hospital possible for their son. Currently they have had to put their lives and their work on hold and financially are not in a place to do this. Eli's medical team has estimated that he will most likely be in the NICU for 4 to 6 months.

Our goal is to make it possbile for Brianna and Willie to physically be there for their son, so he can hear his mommy's and daddy's voices, feel their touch and be showered with their love every single day. Without the help, love and support of our community they won't be able to stay with Eli. Eli needs them.

They have already worked so hard to be able to bring him into this world and support him and these unforseen medical hardships are creating a massive financial strain on them both.

We are hoping to raise funds to support them so that they can stay at the hospital and be close to their son, purchase reliable transportion, cover all additional medical expenses, and be able to provide food and basic necessities for them and their new baby boy.
