The Meghan Mulqueen-Taylor Memorial Lacrosse Field

In honor of Meghan Mulqueen-Taylor and her love of lacrosse, we will be raising funds in her honor to build the Meghan Mulqueen-Taylor Memorial lacrosse field on Daniel Island.
Meghan was a kind, loving and generous soul whose passion for lacrosse led her to coaching. She made a lasting impact on thousands of young female athletes by instilling in them confidence, hard work and a sense of team. She was an ambassador for women’s lacrosse everywhere she went. She was the head coach for University of California at Santa Barbara (UCSB), coached in London England, won two state championships at the Lovett School in Atlanta Ga. and started the first all girls lacrosse club in Charleston, SC here on Daniel Island, SC.
The Field will be used by the local Daniel Island community and will be held as part of a local Non Profit Organization. This will allow local clubs and teams, and disadvantage kids without a field, a place to play the sport of lacrosse that Meg loved.
Please honor her memory and legacy by donating to build a lasting monument to her passion for lacrosse.
