New Arbour on the bowling green

Hello community! The Dangar Island Gardeners have kindly contributed $5000 toward a new Hardwood Arbour to be constructed along the north end of the Bowling Green.
This much needed structure will provide a space for the Gardeners to grow deciduous vines along the 12 meter structure for shade in summer and sun in winter.
The materials, fittings and concrete total approx $6500 and we have allowed a little more for delivery service and barge to the island.
This means we are looking at a further $2500 to be raised by our community and members.
