Help “Chuck” with his Medical expenses

Hey,
This fundraiser is for Taylor “Chuck” Pugh. a few months ago he was having panic attacks and had to lose a couple of weeks of work they were so debilitating. A trip to the doctor resulted in a diagnoses of LADA (Latent Auto Immune Disorder) He then was diagnosed with Diabetes.
He is now on insulin. He went back to the doctor because he wasn’t feeling well. The doctor noticed some swelling in his lymph nodes and they did a biopsy and he was diagnosed with CTCL (T -Cell Lymphoma ). He has lost 54 pounds now and still feel real bad. They are starting him UV or Phototherapy on a June 21st, if he has the 1,600 deductible, they will not start treatment until that is paid. He has to go to the psychiatrist for his panic attacks, he had to pay 120.00 each visit. We do not know how long Chuck will have to have treatments or how much work he will miss. Chuck is a hard worker and it is hard for him to ask for help. So let’s don’t make him ask. Let’s just help him out with his medical expenses.
