Ashleigh Watson's funeral expenses
I am creating this account so that as a community of those that knew Ashleigh or know the family can come together to give her the funeral celebration that she deserves. A down payment of half of the expenses, 2,500, is needed by tomorrow in order to book the funeral home. The rest can be paid after the service. Once we have the money to secure the funeral home, we can then arrange for the funeral. During times such as this, the last thing we want the family to worry about is covering the cost of the funeral and deciding what services are affordable. As Laura (her younger sister) and I were discussing today, she would definitely want it all! SO LETS GIVE HER THAT!
Despite difficult life circumstances, Asheligh was always full of life and the life of the party. Her diabetics’ ruled her life at times and was a hard disease to manage, especially when you’re someone who cared for others more than yourself. There were so many scares over the years with her health, but despite the ups and downs she always worked hard, kept her sense of humor, and was fulfilled when she cared for people. She was a true party girl like alot of us in our teens and early 20’s, but with all her life experiences coupled with her mothers passing in the midst of her figuring out her path, her pain became even greater and her dreams smaller. Keeping her held back from growing into her true self. One of the things that her family shared that makes the loss of Ashleigh even harder is that she recently began to dream again and was planning on some life changes that would allow her to walk in her potential/purpose.
We thank GOD for his love, grace, and peace we have in knowing she is resting with him, but that does not take away the loss of her life and pain of what could be. Coming together for Ashleigh with the gift of a funeral, while taking away the financial burden from her family, would be the best way to say goodbye and show her how much she mattered to us!!!
THANK YOU in advance.
