Help the Wilson family

Derek Wilson, 42 years old, Chief CRNA at Blount Memorial Hospital was involved in a fatal motorcycle accident on June 22, 2021 in Blount County, TN. Due to this tragedy, he leaves behind his beautiful wife Anna and four precious children, Kalli (16), Emily (14), Brayden (11), and Brenner (5).

     Derek absolutely adored his wife and cherished every moment they spent together. As a father, Derek was involved in all aspects of his children’s lives, including coaching sports, mentoring, and being a positive role model. Being a deacon, Derek was a strong Christian man who loved the Lord and sharing his word. Derek was a loyal friend and respected coworker who would go out of his way to help in any way he could. He enjoyed giving back to the community and others in need, including participating in medical mission trips to Guatemala and Mexico. 

     Derek was the sole provider for his wonderful family. Being a recent graduate, there is a large amount of debt that is a financial hardship for this family. We ask that you please give as you can to help with this burden and future financial stressors.
