Transport/Medical Fund

Right to the point then:

Dad is having some sort of circulation trouble - (confirmed now as PAD tied to past smoking). This has led to wounds and infections in his foot.

The hospital handling this is in another city. The specialist won't move closer. But the constant trips back and forth drain gasoline (and by extension, money) to a ridiculous degree. It's become a burden and it's still to continue for some time.
