Ukraine Refugee Crisis

My longtime friend Forbes March has asked me to join him and we are heading to the border of Poland and Ukraine to assist with the Ukraine Refugee crisis/exodus happening currently. My role will be to help in whatever ways are needed of me—primarily triaging the people as they are arriving.

The refugees are primarily women and children. There seems to be sufficient necessities on hand, however there are also shortages of certain things, such as feminine hygiene products, children’s care items, socks & undies, etc.

Whatever funds I raise will go directly to local retailers and purchase points to help supply whatever is needed. Anything remaining will be donated to the organization I am coordinated with for my assignment.

We will be working directly with the area director of Humanitarian Services in the area.
