Fabric for Scrubs

We are a community of local ladies supporting our friend, mother of four, and Divisional Chief Nurse of Acute Care and Emergency Service caring for Covid positive patients at St Peter’s Hospital, Chertsey. We are fundraising to buy fabric to make into scrubs for St. Peter’s.

I have been sourcing and funding all the fabric and patterns to date at between £40 and £50 per 30 m roll.  All the ladies sewing are giving their time and skill on a voluntary basis.  170 m has been cut, washed, delivered, and is being worked on.  Another 120 m is on its way.  A significant  percentage of these ladies sewing are  retired or shielding and cannot get out to the larger groups, and would not have been otherwise able to support.
