Being kind and right got my kid taken out from under me.
Oct. of 2011 I set out of Vegas fully aware of who my baby to be's biological father could be. Before I left I handed him 6 Sono pictures, told him his name would be Aiden Johnston. I asked if he wanted to give a name for his middle name. As I handed him the pictures he said I have to hide these from my family and girlfriend,T must never find out or she will leave me. J was not ready to be clean not was he ready to be a father and he understood and knew exactly where I was going. After my beautiful son Aiden was born he started looking more and more like J. So I attempted to contact him and he called me back and after I said I don't want money and I don't want to upset his life I just was hoping to find out for sure who my baby's father was. He told me to go F*'"k off and hung up. I basically have up hope of finding out. Until one day when my son was almost 5 years old he contacted me. He said someone sent him a picture and he wanted to now know. So he paid for some kit that was mailed to each of us and we got the results via email. About a half year went by before J decided to come meet his son. He came into ny and was there 3 days. Day 1 he didn't come to see Aiden. Day 2 he came and took Aiden to Chucky cheese. Day 3 I allowed J to go and have alone time without me watching over. That day he left. I told him to video chat and call Aiden as much as he wanted and encourage the family to do so as well. I wanted my son to know them and I thought I was doing the right thing. J called maybe 5 times to speak to Aiden. He sent a few gifts. But hardly attempted contact. About 1 year went by before J asked if Aiden can come meet his family. I was in the middle of moving out of my state and figured after all the calls over the past few months J would keep his word and only keep him until it was time for Aiden to join me back in our new home. I went to visit Aiden in Vegas and signed a 2nd temporary 6 month agreement and after that aiden was to return home. This was not through the court it was through the legal documents store and a notary. Covid 19 is a horrible virus and we don't know how to control it I'm in a county with 6 cases...for the past month and it hasn't gotten higher...he is in Las Vegas and the numbers there are astronomical. School is over it's time for Aiden to come home and join his sister and I. J refuses to give my son over to me and is seeking custody of my son who he did not want for the first 5 years. Aiden has no furniture in his room only a bed and Lego table. And two toy bins one for a few trucks and one for Legos. And a few taped up hand drawings. I don't know what they are telling my son. But when I told him all he had to do was say I want to go home he went to go tell someone. J knows what my biggest fear is and he is using it. He knows I'm terrified of him and he has been using it. Please help me cause now I NEED a GOOD lawyer. I refuse to be forced to move to the city that almost killed me. Please help me get my son back.
