Justice for Scott Franklin

My brother was murdered April 30 th of 2016. The state's attorney declined to do anything in regards to charging the man who murdered him. The murderer gunned down my brother, sped away without calling the cops, went to a casino and drank at the bar for hours afterwards then went home to sleep. Apparently you can lie to the cops and state's attorney office and leave  a man bleeding in the street to go to a casino and no charges are filed. NOT A SINGLE CHARGE.  The murderer saw the tv reports saying he was caught on camera and turned himself in. Then nothing. The state's attorney office told my grieving parents that the man that murdered their son was not being charged with a single thing. The state's  attorney's office declined to pursue investigation into the truth of the statements. No empirical evidence was gathered to prove the murderer's version of what happened. No consequence for gunning a man down, leaving him to bleed out in the street while you continue your night of partying.......

I want justice for my brother.
So please help me find justice for my brother by allowing my family the means to hire our own lawyer and investigators to continue the search for what really happened. I am grateful for any help you can give.
