Road to Wodapalooza

We are 4 Crossfit athletes from Ironstone Strength and Conditioning that have qualified for the Wodapalooza Crossift Competition in Miami in January!

Trenton’s team finished 20th out of 250 teams, qualifying for the elite/professional division. Sarah, Steph and Hannah were the top Canadian qualifying team, placing 35th out of 208 teams. They will compete in the RX division. We train 20-30 hours a week on top of being full-time students and/or working professionals. Attending Wodapalooza is a huge opportunity for us to compete against top athletes around the world. However, an international competition brings significant financial costs. We are hoping to raise funds to help lessen the financial stress and support our journey to Miami!
