Please help Jason Usrey

My brother Jason Usrey was diagnosed with a rare condition called Neuroleptic Malignant Syndrome (NMS) which was caused by a certain antipsychotic medication he was prescribed for his schizophrenia. This condition caused him to have hyperthermia (108.5 fever) and a seizure that completely threw his body into shock. He has been in the hospital since June 11th 2016 (almost two months) and he still has not gained full control of his muscles or even speech. He has medicare but the facility where he needs to be, a brain injury rehab, only takes private health insurance and he won't be able to get in. He's only 33 years old and such a long life ahead of him, but without this specialty care we fear that he won't be well ever again. Any kind of donation or help is greatly appreciated.
