Ortega Family Fire Relief
Donation protected
On Friday, December 15th the Ortega’s home unexpectedly caught fire. A fire that started on their porch has now displaced the seven people that lived there - Olga, Reggi, Jennifer, Maolly, Jake, Neysa, Koko and all of their animals - Cuca, Theo, Sebi, and Mochi (unfortunately their sweet little birds did not survive the fire).
Between the fire, smoke, and excessive water damage from putting the fire out, all seven of them will be displaced for an estimated year and a half and without the home that they have worked so hard to have.
Anyone that knows the Ortega family knows how hard Olga has worked for this home that she has built to provide for her family. To watch someone who has overcome so much undergo a disaster like this and have to board up their family’s childhood home 10 days before Christmas has been heartbreaking.
All of the collected donations for the Ortega family will go directly to them and provide temporary housing and financial support to rebuild their lives in this difficult time. Thank you for taking the time to read this and for considering to help such amazing people get back on their feet.
