Artist in Crisis: Patricia Rodriguez

I am an uninsured freelance artist in Dallas, Tx trying to raise funds for a medical crisis. After years of chronic pain I have finally been diagnosed with complex cysts on each ovary. The one on the right is the cause of the most excruciating and debilitating pain which has resulted in 4 visits to the ER in the span of a month, 3 ER visits in the span of 24 hours. The pain and symptoms appear monthly, cause nonstop vomitting and nausea and always send me to the ER-the pain is too intense for a human to bear and I am unable to hold down a sip of water more or less any pain medications. I need immediate attention/surgery and am looking into the Golden Cross program at Methodist which helps low income earners such as myself. My ambulance bills and ER bills will be trickling in, the first one already amounts to $4,000. My concern right now is raising funds for my impending surgeries/medications. My condition causes me to miss working at least a week every month. That is money I don't earn, bills that don't get paid. I am in dire need of help my friends.
