HEALING BROKEN KIDS
I am a retired pastor with a heart for missions. Twenty years ago I began recruiting others to work at a children's home in the State of Mendoza, western Argentina. The home is called Quinta Betel, which means "House of God in the Country." Quinta Betel takes in children whose lives have been damaged by abuse, neglect and abandonment. There, in a family setting, the children experience real love, acceptance and healing.
Our work there has been mostly in the form of building projects: houses, a playground, an education center and kitchens. The most recent project is a new home for adolescent girls. The home itself is finished and in use.
The State has directed that a security fence must now be built around the home. The cost for this fence will be about $1,600. I am raising money for this project.

Over the years children who suffered some of the most unimaginable abuse have come to Quinta Betel. Untrusting, scarred and afraid, in the warmth of a loving home, they blossomed into happy, beautiful kids. That's why I want to help Quinta Betel. Will you join me?
