Back To School Help

Hi my name is Tonya,my husband is Linwood we have 3 kids Taylor who is 15,Julie who is 14,and Neal who is 11, to begain with I am setting this up because we are in need of help!!!!! My husband is disabled and I have a massive DVT( this is a blood clot that goes from my stomach to the hip and grown all the way down my left leg its all connected in the vain) so I cant work.We have Never liked or did ask for help we have always made it somehow,but I'm asking for help now.As everyone know school is fixing to start back and we are straped for money,I need help to buy my kids school supplies,shoes,clothes,back packs.The oldest two go to a school that they have to have uniforms and you can only buy them through the school.So please if anyone can help please help us.
