Jeannette Castillo-Carrizales is a loving mother of four children. Throughout Jeannette's life she has always wanted the best out of others, and has even had to sacrifice her own desires to make sure that the ones she's loved so much get a chance to chase after their own goals. Friends and family know that Jeannette always has a warm smile on her face when she arrives to any gathering, and that she's always wanting to make sure that everyone is having as good a time as possible.

Even with the good that she has done for people, unfortunately there have still been times where Jeannette has had to struggle to survive. At the age of 27, Jeannette dealt with having to go through extensive brain surgery, the embarrassment of having to shave off every single inch of hair on her own head, the crippling effects of losing half of her memory, and the migraines that she still deals with to this day.

At the age of 43, Jeannette dealt with losing her own home, and everything that she had tried so hard to build up for the good of her family. The events of that time included the pains of finding a new home, a new job, and a better life for her and her family. Fortunately, the stars aligned and Jeannette was able to breathe a sigh of relief knowing that she was able to live in a new rental home, her husband was able to find a job, and her children could live comfortably. Everything seemed to be going smoothly, until the horrific news came about from the doctors. Jeannette was diagnosed with breast cancer.

The news didn't come easy to anybody. Confusion, sadness, anger, fear; There were too many emotions flowing through everyone's minds, but no one bore the pain worse than Jeannette herself. Months went by, and it seemed like the world was going to come crumbling down from the possibility that Jeannette was going to have to undergo chemotherapy, plus have to deal with the endless medical bills that would flood her doorsteps.

The doctor's decided to do a last-ditch effort to remove chemotherapy out of the equation. Jeannette would have to have a right-side mastectomy. The fear of looking disfigured instantly crossed her mind, and it wasn't an easy process to accept that she would have to have a mastectomy. Her family reminded her that they would love her as equally as before if she went through this surgery, and her always supporting husband Rudy constantly let her know that he did not care about any of that superficial stuff, and that he would continue to be by her side no matter what happened.

Eventually, Jeannette decided to go through with the mastectomy, and through a miracle, the doctors deemed her breast cancer cells to be non-invasive. Jeannette was officially a breast-cancer survivor.
After some sighs of relief, talks with the doctors, and listening to the outpouring support from her friends and family, it was time to go about reconstructing her right breast. November 13rd, 2014 was the date she had an expander implanted into her right breast, and has had to go to the doctors office constantly to go through injections to expand her right breast. It's been a long road now, and she's ready to go through with the full reconstruction. That's where this campaign comes into the story.

The medical bills that she is receiving will have to pay to go through with this reconstruction are substantial, and there is very little time before the time limit is up. October 31st, 2016 is when the expander will start to deteriorate inside her breast, and with that would come the burden of having to implant another expander into her right breast, prolonging the process and forcing her to pay for the same medical bills once more. Jeannette's family is asking for your support in helping us raise money for her medical bills. 100% of the money will go towards these bills, and you will be helping our mother, Jeannette, rest easy knowing that she will not have to deal with the heavy debt that comes from these kinds of medical bills. Any sort of help is very appreciated, and we will be extremely grateful for the littlest donation from the bottom of our hearts.
