Flood Victim fund for Cindy & Hallie

My name is Cindy Menard, Lafayette Louisiana was hit was devastating tropical system, although not a hurricane the rain was hurricane like. We have experienced record flooding in this area. We don't live in a flood zone but my home flooded. I'm a single-parent, work two jobs and have no flood insurance. Any help for me and my daughter would be greatly appreciated.
