Kai’s Medical Bills

Hi, my name is Ashley, I am trying to help my best friend Nikita Bastian with being able to cover medical bills, food and transportaion expenses as her 4 year old son Kai is very ill. On May 20th, Kai started with high fevers that got to be as high as 106 and was taken to the closest ER were they gave him Ibuprofen and sent him home not once but twice for what they said was only a fever. He then was taken to Geisigner were they diagnosed him with pneumonia and had fluid in his lungs. Today he had to undergo surgery to have the fluid removed. He has become septic and in the start of kidney failure. There is the possibility that they may need to put him in an induced coma. He is also fighting rhinovirus and some other infections all at the same time. Kai and his family could really use a little help right now in this very difficult time as last month they were displaced from there home due to a small electrical fire that has left them with now power and have to have an electric come in to redo everything and now driving back and forth to the hospital and they are going to be overwhelmed with hospital bills on top of everything else.  If you could please keep him in your thoughts and prays and if you are able to donate anything at all to help as she will be needed to go back and forth as her younger son is home with his dad.
