John & Amanda Kay Flood Victim Fund

Donation protected
You'll often hear the team at Americans for Prosperity say, we are like family.  So what would happen if flood waters reached the roof of your home, engulfed both of your cars and all your earthly possessions?  Your friends and family step up.  I hope you will join me in donating to the John & Amanda Kay Flood Victim fund.

It says something about a person, when they have lost everything they own and they spend their time raising donations of blankets, pillows, and folding chairs for flood victims at shelters.  See John gathering donations for other here: https://www.facebook.com/100009461297677/videos/1690629171262443/

We want to help John and Amanda get back on their feet by raising money for their living expenses, like shelter, transportation and clothing for the next several months, as they sort things out.

Since joining AFP LA in 2014, I have watched John work as a tireless advocate for hardworking taxpayers in Louisiana and across the country.  He and Amanda became newlyweds in February of 2016.  However, this is what their street looks like now.  The latest update from Phillip Joffrion is that flood waters reached their roof.  This campaign is for $20,000 but won't make a dent in what they lost.  The funds will simply help them with shelter, transportation, clothing and basic needs for the next few months.
I know that John and Amanda would never ask for our help, but they will be truly thankful for any contribution you make.
