Tim Gray Memorial Fund
Donation protected
On Sunday August 14th, 2016 a very special person to this world was taken to his eternal home in heaven.
Timothy Warren Gray was a hardworking simple man that selflessly gave his time to his family, Church and friends. He never met a stranger and once you met him you could not forget him, that's just who he was. Year after year, impacting countless children from numerous families he voluntarily taught Sunday School at Fort Walton Beach Church of Christ. He was always ready to lend a hand, babysit grandbabies, be a sounding board, rescue any stray animal and provide wise advice. His service to others and infectious character will be missed dearly by many.
Tim suffered from several vascular issues that resulted in numerous operations all in hope to not lose the use of his legs. Being a veteran of the Marines, thankfully most his medical expenses were handled through Veterans Affairs. Through all his pain, the stresses of finances and everyday life you would never hear a grumble from him. Excuses for any of the above could have been so easy and even understood, but he would give his all, over and over again without complaint.
Eventhough an unexpected death is difficult, we rejoice in the fact that he is pain and sorrow free and that God allows us the opportunity to see him again.
Surviving Tim is his two daugthers and their families:
Kevin and Ellie Marler their children, Jaxon, Elias, Olivia, Annsley and Georgia.
Mark and Molly Howze their children, Ethan, Caleb, Ezra and Cassia.
This memorial fund is in place to help these families that have incurred the expenses involved with the proceedings of their father's passing. All funds are strictly in effort to reimburse these unexpected costs. The support of friends and family is priceless and appreciated in a manner that is as loving as the man it is in remberance of.
