Nurses Gift in Honor of Ken Swain

Our beloved Father, Grandfather and friend, Kenneth Merrill Swain, Sr., was diagnosed with stage IV esophageal cancer in June 2016. Unfortunately, after many weeks of fighting, he lost his battle on August 4, 2016. While our family is devastated by our loss, we are overwhelmingly grateful and humbled by the love and care he was provided with by the nurses at Northside Forsyth Hospital. We feel he would want to acknowledge the selfless and compassionate work they perform on a daily basis for the countless people suffering from horrible and debilitating diseases. In lieu of flowers we ask for a contribution to fund a gift for the amazing nurses in the ICU and Oncology units at Northside Forsyth.
