Safety Fence for Pluto

Hello everyone,

I am fostering an amazing 2 year old lab/pit mix named Pluto. He can be found on pet finder and adopted through projecthopearf.org in Gilbert's IL

Pluto loves to be outside. He stares out the window ALL day, looking for squirrels and bird watching.

I've been fostering him since December 2022 and cannot let him off leash because my yard is not fenced in.

I did not anticipate it would take so long to find a loving forever home for him .

It has been over 4 months or 120 days that he's been on leash every time I take him out to go potty and he's not able to run free. (Maybe longer, I don't know his back story. He's from AK.)

I dont know how much longer it will be before we find him a forever home, so its time I find a solution for Pluto so he can spend time off-leash outdoors, free to run.

He's a good dog and deserves that, not to mention needs the exercise for his health.

Unfortunately, I cannot afford the expense and someone suggested I start a fundraiser, so here goes.
