This is Billy Matlock in 1975 he lost a leg in an accident for 40 years he lived a life that was inspiring to all. Then on June 28, 2016 he was dealt a new chanllenge they found cancerous tumor on his liver. They started chemo TACE treatment to reduce tumor. Because of the situation they fast tracked Billy to be evaluated for the transplant list. In July he was placed on transplant list after passing all test.
On August 18,2016 during the final CC scan and follow up MRI's the cancer showed in his hepatic artery which feeds blood to his lower extrenities, Sad to say Billy  was sent home with hospice care and taken off the transplant list.
Billy has been married to Alina for almost 20 years their devotion is both inspiring and tragic with her being his full-time caretaker in his final days and then Alina being left with the burden of medical bills, final expenses, household expenses and coping with the lose of the Love of her life.
