Lima Senior Democracy Scholarship

The LSH Class of 1990 and 1991 have teamed up to raise funds to support the LIMA SENIOR DEMOCRACY SCHOLARSHIP awarded annually to a college-bound student from Lima Senior that embraces the principles set forth by Project Democracy.  WE NEED HELP FROM ALL SPARTANS during our APRIL-MAY fundraiser in advance of the award ceremony at the next LSH Convocation.   Project Democracy was a service project that highlighted the importance of self-government, public service and the free expression of ideas through the Arts.  The Class of 1990 and 1991 spearheaded this event which brought the Lima community together to discuss the student uprising in Tiannenmen Square China.  Contributions to the scholarship fund are tax-deductible and managed by the Lima Community Foundation.  This is a special way to honor Lima Senior and assist a student realize their dream of attending college.  This will be our 5th annual scholarship award.  We are SO THANKFUL for those of you who choose to contribute and join us as SPARTANS MAKING A DIFFERENCE.
