The Ladybug House at UF

Hi, my name is Ryan Murphy and I am a student at the University of Florida.  My Aunt was a PA at the Children's Hospital of Seattle and dedicated her life to help children with terminal illnesses.  Unfortunately, she passed away unexpectedly and I became determined to carry on her legacy.  I began thinking and realized there would be no better way to honor her then to dedicate myself to something she loved so dearly.  She was involved with the Ladybug House in Seattle which is an organization that raises money to build palliative care homes for children with terminal illnesses.  The houses would be a way for a child to be in a home atmosphere surrounded by family but at the same time having the ability to receive the treatment they need.  I got in contact with the founder of the organization, Suzanne Gwynn, and eventually was fortunate enough to start the first chapter of the Ladybug House at the University of Florida.  We are hoping for donations of any quantity because anything will help.  We are 100% nonprofit organization in which all proceeds go towards the Ladybug House.  It all starts with us, we have the ability to make a change and if you want to be a part of our change then do not hesitate to contact me at [email redacted].   I would love to talk more about this amazing cause we look to benefit.  Also, feel free to check out http://www.ladybughouse.org/ to learn more about the big picture.  If we cannot add days to the life of a child, we will add life to their days.
